Q.When is the operating season?
Okutadami Round Course: May 20 – November 8
Ginzan-daira Course: October 1 – November 6
Q.Do boats operate in bad weather?
Cruises will be canceled if wind speeds exceed 12 m/s, waves are over 0.5 m high, or visibility is less than 300 m.

Q.Is parking available?
Yes. There are two free parking lots:
Okutadami Municipal Parking Lot (capacity: 700 cars)
Ginzan-daira Parking Lot (capacity: 50 cars)

Q.How much is the fare?
Okutadami Round Course
- May 20 – Sept. 30: Adult ¥1,300 / Child ¥650
- Oct. 1 – Nov. 8: Adult ¥1,500 / Child ¥750
Ginzan-daira Course (Oct. 1 – Nov. 6)
- One way: Adult ¥1,800 / Child ¥900
- Round trip: Adult ¥3,240 / Child ¥1,620
Q.Can I use a credit card?
No, credit cards are not accepted. Please prepare cash.
3. On Courses
Q.What types of courses are available?
The Okutadami Round Course and the Ginzan-daira Course.
Q.Can the Ginzan-daira Course be taken round-trip?
Yes. One-way takes about 40 minutes, and a round trip is about 80 minutes.
From October 16, a free shuttle bus also runs between Ginzan-daira and Okutadami.
Q.Which season is the best?
The Okutadami Round Course is best enjoyed in spring and summer, while Ginzan-daira is most beautiful in autumn.
4. Other
Q.Are there toilets or shops on board?
The large sightseeing boat Fantasia has toilets on the 1st floor. Other boats do not have toilets, so please use the restrooms at the boarding area before departure.
Q.Is eating and drinking allowed on board?
Only beverages are allowed.
Q.Can I bring pets?
Yes, pets are allowed if kept in a cage. Cages can also be rented at the slope car station.
Q.Where can I get the Dam Card?
Dam Cards (FREE) are available at the Okutadami Electric Power Museum.
